PROJECT PLANNING & DPR:
• Development of photovoltaic and auxiliary infrastructure technical engineering project, carried out worldwide by specialized engineers.
• Development of detailed construction plans, expected energy generation studies and profitability studies.
• PV Plant construction Stage Planning. It includes the development of Gantt diagrams, PERT diagrams, etc.
LAYOUT & ENGINEERS SITE VISIT:
• Initial technical layout of the plant, executed by experts PV technicians.
FORMATION OF SPEC:
• Engineering manpower needed for training classes and personal training for, operating and maintenance of the PV system.
PROCUREMENT SUPERVISION:
• Development of a Technical Specifications Report that defines the minimum quality specifications of materials and equipment used in the project.
• It includes a material and equipment checking and verifying at its reception in the building site.
SUPERVISION OF THE PROJECT:
• Project management and supervision of the works done during the whole construction of the PV plant, carried out by technical specialists in PV.
• Engineering manpower for implementation, operation and initial maintenance of the PV system. |
